I was born in the center of Portugal, in the beautiful village of Castanheira de Pêra, but soon I moved to the capital where I studied, worked and raised a family.

I live in Póvoa de Santa Iria, in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira, where I have the Tagus for company.

 

I am passionate about people and the area of human development, which I have studied since 2002, namely in the areas of Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, NLP or Coaching, which I consider to be one of the most powerful tools in generating change at any stage of life.

 

I am a Certified Trainer since 2007 and a Coach since 2012.

 

I started working early - in 1973 - having developed a rewarding professional career of over 25 years in the corporate sector - Coopers & Lybrand (currently PwC), CTT, Covina I Saint-Gobain; Lofral I Duty Free Shops, and in the public sector: - Ministry of Education - where I worked as a secondary school teacher, and Ministry of Finance where I was part of a Government Office - the Secretary of State for the Budget.

 

In 2000 I became an entrepreneur and franchisee of the well-known North American brand ERA.

 

It was the need to acquire tools that would allow me to respond to the demanding challenge of leading and motivating commercial teams that led me to the fantastic world of Personal Development.

 

The interest for training, mentoring and coaching emerged naturally, almost organically, when I realized that I could easily combine my academic, technical and pedagogical training with the technical skills and experience acquired all over the years, and make them available to those who wants to go further and achieve more.

 

In other words, those who want to transform their lives.
